Marianella, is a new luxury development of apartments and houses in Rathgar, Dublin. Total Fitout were contracted to do the apartment fit out by a private investor. The development has been designed and built to enhance the lives of its residents.
This two bedroom apartment as designed by Total Fitout to offer a luxury rental experience. We hand-picked pieces to accentuate the already upmarket aesthetic of the apartment. We kept interiors fresh and warm with engineered oak flooring and contemporary furnishings, with pops of colour through soft furnishings and accessories. The feature light in the dining area is a key statement piece in this fit out.
