The timber in our furniture comes from sustainable managed forests where the environment, wildlife, and local communities are protected in the production of the wood. We carefully choose foams that degrade and do not contain harmful chemicals or generate offgassing. Our fabrics comprise the highest possible percentage of recycled cotton, linen and wool. Our furniture lasts for decades saving you money and reducing waste in landfill.

Shea Woods
Managing Director
Throughout Shea’s 25 year career in the furniture and fit out industry he has nurtured enduring client relationships with global asset management funds who place their trust in him to manage multi million-euro fit out projects on their behalf. These projects range from private rental sector (PRS) and build to rent (BTR) to domestic state body contracts.
Shea’s experience has given him an unerring instinct for procurement and sourcing of quality and design led sustainable furniture that meets the market’s needs.
Shea is a motivated and results driven Director. He is enthusiastic towards work and prides himself on the personal responsibility he assumes for all the projects he undertakes. Joanne Reilly
Design Director
Joanne’s talents comprise the flair of a designer with the process-driven approach of a quantity surveyor. Joanne holds a master’s degree in professional design practice as well as a first-class honour’s degree in interior and furniture design. In her 20 year career she has won the recognition of her peers in Ireland and the UK including being a designer of the year finalist at the Fit Out Awards in Ireland and KBB review awards in the UK and as KRI young designer of the year.
As well as being a highly regarded designer she is skilled in other more commercially minded key areas such as budget estimates, procurement advice and value engineering. This allows her to not only meet the design-led needs of our clients but to remain commercially focused on their behalf so that Total Fitout delivers contemporary design that meets our clients commercial needs with a focus on quality, sustainability and planet-friendly components. Andrew Mackie
Operations Manager
Andrew has over 15 years of experience in various aspects of the construction sector in Ireland, England, Italy and America. He brings this to the table when dealing with our fit out projects. This knowledge and insight enables Andrew to offer our clients the ability for us to work on live sites either independently or in tandem with the main contractor on site. He brings with him an in-depth knowledge of best industry practices including but not limited to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 and ensures all our sites operate to the strictest guidelines.
Andrew is a methodical operations manager who is focused and led by the project’s key deliverables. He has a long track record of ensuring our projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget. Client satisfaction at all stages of the process is his key driver. Finance Director
Ray is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Ray has been working with Total Fitout for over 8 years and has been instrumental in the company’s development.
